About me
Hello everyone! My name is Ms. Vidal and I am a secondary media art teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District. I enjoy working as an educator and serving my students and my community. My background in design, illustration, photography, and animation, helps me support my students of all backgrounds. As a multi-disciplinary designer, I enjoy teaching my students valuable critical thinking and digital literacy skills in rendering their designs and help foster their creativity. My goal is to always create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where students can express themselves freely, encouraging self-awareness and emotional regulation. I help students build strong relationships and develop essential social skills by incorporating media art activities that promote empathy and collaboration. My goal is to empower my students to make thoughtful choices and navigate artistic challenges with resilience and creativity.
