Kelsey Aijala is the Director of District and School Engagement at Sown To Grow, where she serves as a partner and community of practice builder with districts across the country building proactive student support systems that center student voice and experiences. Kelsey holds her Masters in Education from Stanford University, where she was an Impact Design Immersion Fellow and the recipient of the Stanford Impact Leader award.
